plusph11 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your plusph11 account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer if related to an unresolved dispute or legal proceeding.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and analytics purposes, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

11. Children's Privacy — 21+ Requirement

The plusph11 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as mandated by PAGCOR. plusph11 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. All accounts undergo age verification as part of the KYC process before real-money gaming is permitted.

If plusph11 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed, the data will be deleted, and any balance associated with the account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

plusph11 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the plusph11 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
