plusph11 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the plusph11 platform (available at plusph11.co and any related sub-domains or mobile-optimised pages), you ("the User," "you," "your") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the plusph11 platform, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the site without an account.

If you are using the plusph11 platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf, and that the person or entity agrees to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the plusph11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before participating.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list administered by PAGCOR or by plusph11.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of plusph11 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

plusph11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the plusph11 platform, you must complete the account registration process and pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You are registering only one (1) account in your own name. The creation of multiple accounts per person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You will keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party.

plusph11 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify plusph11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the plusph11 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply:

• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and such other payment methods as may be added or removed by plusph11 from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the plusph11 deposit page, subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: plusph11 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. plusph11 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the receiving payment account.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal may be requested. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Anti-Money Laundering: plusph11 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with lawful gambling activity may be held pending AML review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

plusph11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to registered, KYC-verified plusph11 account holders aged 21 and above.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and payment account, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• plusph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings derived from the bonus funds in question.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the plusph11 platform, including live casino games, online slots, bingo, and card games, are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's conduct.

plusph11 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. Live casino games streamed on the plusph11 platform are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios under observable conditions. plusph11 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game result dispute, or system error during any game session, plusph11 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. The decision of plusph11 in such matters shall be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the plusph11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal remedies available to plusph11:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one (1) account per person.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen, disputed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after using the deposited funds for gambling activity.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at plusph11 staff, live dealers, or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the plusph11 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of plusph11.co — is the intellectual property of plusph11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the plusph11 platform without prior written authorisation from plusph11.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plusph11, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform, subject to the fair play obligations in Section 6.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the plusph11 platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond plusph11's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account access, or functionality resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit plusph11's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

plusph11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling is entertainment and involves risk. The house edge means that, over time, gambling activity is expected to result in a net financial loss for players.
• You must be 21 years of age or older to use the platform.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your plusph11 account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, where appropriate.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed.

12. Amendments to These Terms

plusph11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via SMS notification to their registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the plusph11 platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the existence, validity, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting plusph11 customer support. plusph11 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
